Specifications

Works on 230VAC ± 10%. Inputs 2 for High \’ level and 2 for low level potential free ‘NO’ type contact from magnetic float switch. Four connections to control Three Phase Motor starter.  One set relay contacts of C, NO and NC are provided potential free. 5 Amp rating resistive at 230VAC to switch on external Hooter.

Function

Switches on pump and gives ‘LOW LEVEL ALARM’ flashing signal if level is below ‘LOW LEVEL’ Switch off the pump and flashes ‘HIGH LEVEL ALARM’ if liquid level rises above high level.  Switches on the independent hooter, if liquid level falls below ‘Very Low Level’ or rises above ‘Very High Level’ setting.

Description

Works on ‘NO’ type magnetic float switch inputs. ‘VERY LOW LEVEL’ ‘LOW LEVEL, HIGH LEVEL’, ‘VERY HIGH LEVEL’ are set on magnetic float switch. If level falls below ‘LOW LEVEL’ the instrument relays switches on the pump starter automatically.  ‘PUMPON’ sign glows. ‘LOW ALARM’ (blue) window starts flashing.  The separate hooter is triggered through alarm relay, if liquid level falls below ‘VERY LOW LEVEL’ or rises above ‘VERY HIGH LEVEL’. If level rises above low level ‘LOW ALARM’ window stops flashing but pump is still ON.  If level rises above ‘HIGH LEVEL’ pump switches OFF.  ‘PUMP OFF’ sign (red) glows and ‘HIGH ALARM’ starts flashing.  Triggers the separate hooter, if water level rises above ‘VERY HIGH LEVEL’ By ‘PUMP ON’ and ‘PUMP OFF’ push buttons one can manually switch ON and OFF the pump at any level.

Benefits

Total automatic control of PUMP with annunciation by external hooter.  Also master starter can be operated manually in case to Switch ON or OFF the PUMP at the level other than LOW set or HIGH set points.
